What do I need when I check in?

If you have a pre-paid online reservation, you can scan the QR code on your email confirmation at the entry and exit kiosks. Because of space availability, a space cannot be guaranteed without your reservation information

If you do not have a reservation, simply enter in a phone number or swipe a credit card into the entry kiosk to create your digital parking ticket. Upon exit, you will need to provide the same information to lookup your stay and make payment.

Where do I park in the LAX Airport Center Parking Garage?

Airport self-parking for LAX is available on Levels 4-6 as well as the roof. Covered parking is subject to availability. Covered and uncovered parking is charged at the same rate.

When I return from my trip, how do I get a ride back to Airport Center?

After getting your baggage, text us at (310) 439-5277 or call (310) 641-1269 for pick up. Please proceed to the upper level (departures) under the RED “Hotel & Private Parking Shuttles” sign located curbside outside of ticketing on the departure (upper) level.

What are your hours of operation?

Both Airport Center Parking and our shuttle service are open 24 hours a day / 365 days a year to serve you. It is an  indoor parking garage that is locked during nights and weekends, except for the main entrance.

Are there any restrictions regarding size of vehicles that can park at Airport Center?

Unfortunately, oversized vehicles (over 6’6″) will not fit in our Garage. But our sister company, WallyPark LAX Express offers uncovered parking and can easily park your oversized vehicle.

Also, those with 3rd row seating SUVs please see the cashier for a larger, designated space.
